Welcome to CyberToolkit Pro. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using any of our tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any CyberToolkit Pro service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform.

3. Token System and Payments

CyberToolkit Pro operates on a token-based economy. Each tool usage consumes a specified number of tokens from your balance.

• Tokens are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
• Token packages are one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions by default.
• We reserve the right to adjust tool token costs with reasonable notice.
• Token balances have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. Specifically, you will not:

• Use our tools for illegal activities, including unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the platform.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the platform without permission.
• Upload malicious code, malware, or exploit payloads.
• Use the platform to harass, defraud, or harm others.

5. Intellectual Property

The CyberToolkit Pro platform, including its code, design, branding, and tool algorithms, is owned by us and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

CyberToolkit Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Data loss, security breaches, or unauthorized access to your account.
• Actions taken based on tool outputs or recommendations.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for tokens in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Upon termination, remaining token balances are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
